As a director, I believe in coming into a production with a strong vision and partnering with actors to bring that vision to life. I demand high-quality work and use an actor-centric approach, including table work and techniques such as Viewpoints to assist with character development. I believe the process is, from the beginning, a collaboration with the entire design and production team and actors. I work from a place of constructive feedback and problem-solving to ensure a positive and successful production process.
